TORONTO, September 2, 2026 — NexGen Power Systems today announced the close of its $40 million Series B financing round, oversubscribed by $6 million, with participation from three institutional investors. Proceeds will fund commercial-scale manufacturing of the company’s grid-scale battery systems and support a planned listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2027.
